Go back to when King George was in control of the colonies and you
had a group of "terrorist" that wanted to be free here in the colonies.
They didn't want to be slaves, to pay taxes they didn't feel were just,
to fund the empire, to be subjected to laws that were contrary to their
natural rights. So what did they do?
They declared their Independence, but what did King George call
them? Traitors, usurpers, treasonous, possibly even the dreaded word
"terrorist".
Fast forward 233 years, a group of folks want to do the same thing,
they want to be free, to not have their sustenance stolen, and
themselves and their posterity enslaved, what are they called? The same
things.
We have modern day King Georges running (ruining) our country and
have had that for decades and decades, what the hell took us so long to
be called these names? I for one wear it proudly.
If believing I own me, and am granted by my creator the natural
rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness along with any
thing else I chose to pursue so long as it doesn't limit another's
pursuit of the same, then I am a treasonous, secessionist, traitorous,
usurper, to the King.
Then according to the governments backwards logic I must be a terrorist. |

What we were taught in school isn't true. The "official story" on
how our government was set up to work is no better than any other
"official story" they give us.
It is amazing the number of folks that see the need to get out of the United Nations, but can't fathom the States being free.
We were originally set up as a group of "united states" a state
being a nation. The States weren't subservient to the United States,
the United States was supposed to be subservient to to the individual
States. The "united states" was set up to be like the united nations, a
peace time confederacy used for joint protection and bargaining with
other nations or "states".
For most all of history a "state" was defined as a free country or
nation, only in the last 148 years or so has the definition of a
"state" been relegated to a subservient position to a higher power. The
individual sovereign "states" or nations agree to voluntarily join the
"united states" just as nations join the UN. If a nation wants to leave
the UN due to its oppressive and tyrannical rules, then you would cheer
them on and be happy.
Well, it is the same thing with the "united states" the "states"
were meant to be able to leave at any time, they just couldn't join
into another political body while still members of the "united states"
But, it was understood they could leave at anytime, since the were
their own free nations.
Why did King George recognize each of the colonies individually at
the end of the revolution? Because the whole world recognized each,
colony to be a free and independent nation or "state"
Just because our alleged leaders can't understand this and it has
been demonized by them, and our GOVERNMENT RUN education system teaches
the exact opposite that doesn't make the facts change.
It is further apparent that the larger any entity becomes the more
wasteful and corrupt it becomes, so to use the logic of, " we can't be
divided" is just plain silly. If each "state" or nation was allowed to
be free again, then how much more manageable and transparent would our
government be?
Folks are always harping on how the UN is too big and too powerful,
well open your eyes the federal government is the same dang thing. Just
much more entrenched into our daily lives than the U N will ever be.
Yet, you except it as gospel that that is how it was supposed to be? It
wasn't, and it is not!! |

He is 12 or 13 I can't remember, home schooled just like his older
brother and younger sister. All three awesome kids. Well, we were
talking about different things while weeding, and he brought up the
economy and government in general. This 12 year old kid has a greater
grasp of economics and the proper role of government than probably 90%
of the adults in this country. He understands that printing money that
doesn't exist is the root cause of the economic problem. He understands
that it isn't our role to tell the whole world how to behave, it isn't
the role of the government to feed, clothe, or give us health care.
And, it isn't the role of government to monitor our lives.
And what blew me away the most he could comprehend that a building
won't fall over in its own footprint because the top 20 out of 110
floors are on fire.
I asked him where he got his news from, cause it was obvious that he
wasn't watching the networks or the news channels. Or so I thought, I
didn't give him enough credit.
He told me, " I just listen to who is talking and then I listen to
the other people, and I think about what they will get out of what they
are saying, then which ever one makes the most sense I believe."
Imagine that he uses common sense and discernment in a world where most all the
kids and adults except whatever crap they are fed from the powers that
be, he is thinking for himself.
This was the second thing that happened to me yesterday that really
picked me up. We still have a hard time ahead, but folks are waking up
and coming around. I am seeing it more and more each day. This means we
have to keep it up and don't get complacent. If we want better for our
kids and their kids we have to stand up now and not back down.
The momentum is shifting our way. Freedom is closer now. |

You know why it is so easy for sheep to be lost? Cause they just nibble a little here, don't look around, move,
nibble a little here, don't look around, move,
nibble a little here, don't look around, move.
And, pretty soon they do look up and the can't see anything they are
familiar with, it all looks scary. Where is all my stuff, where are all
my friends?
All they see are these two shepherds one with a R and one with a D on their shirts, and here they come.
They are telling me what I am nibbling on isn't what I really want,
I want what is over there in that little bitty small pasture cause it
is better for me.
Keep in mind those same two shepherds are the ones the sheep
entrusted to look out for them, and keep them safe. Well, right now the
sheep are beginning to look up, and they don't like what they see. It
is up to us who aren't in that little cramped pasture, not to herd
them, but to let the sheep know that they aren't sheep they are men
& women, and they don't have to stay in that pasture.
They have to quite ignoring their surroundings and trusting their
shepherds. They need us to show them how to be their own shepherds. |

Any one else but me remember that a year ago we were supposed to be terrified of "terrorist" and no one cared about health care? Now we have vets returning home being labeled domestic terrorist, and people that want to follow the US Constitution being called insurgents and terrorist. Last year we were still supposed to be scared of terrorist, this
year they tell us we are supposed to be scared of health care.
Propaganda. What was covered up by the "War on Terror"? What is being covered up now by "Health Care"?
Could it be the theft of wealth that the FED is committing, and committing right now with no news coverage? |

Isn't remarkable that here in America we have become near about everything that we are supposedly against?
But, it is okay cause we call it different names. For example:
We call fascism, socialism, and communism when it is practiced in America, Capitalism.
We then call capitalism practiced in another country "unfair trade practices".
We call Americans who want to be free, "domestic terrorist".
We call folks in other countries that want to be left alone, "insurgents".
We call tax cheats, "Mr. Treasury Sectary"
We call meddling in others folks business, "strategic interest".
We say "freedom isn't free", well actually that is wrong, freedom is free, it is tyranny that cost.
We haven't defended our freedom since 1865.
We call slavery to the Federal Reserve and the Federal government "freedom".
We the same folks to different names, democrats & republicans, and think we are talking about 2 different sets of people.
We call creating hyper-inflation, a "bailout".
We call a fellow born in Panama, and a fellow born who knows where, candidates for President.
We call solving the problem of too much money that doesn't exist, by creating more money that doesn't exist, "monetary policy".
We call the sun shining, "global warming".
We call policing the world and fighting everyone, "conservative".
We till up the side of the interstate where the wild flowers were growing, to plant wild flowers.
In the name of fuel economy we stick so much crap on a car that it lowers the mileage past what we would have gotten before, then say it is better.
Some have a problem with God specifically telling folks in the Old Testament to fight, but have no problem killing folks in other lands, without God telling us to, and somehow thinking that it is the Christian thing to support it.
We think that the civil war ended the right to secession.
We think that "all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with unalienable rights" unless they are born in another country then they don't have rights.
I saw a man get arrested for "wandering with intent to purchase a controlled substance" (walking and thinking)
We call working more than 6 months out of the year, to pay taxes that don't even cover the interest on the debt that "our government" has incurred, freedom.
We call having our lives, our property, our children, what we eat, what we read, where we go, what we drink, what we drive, what we can think or say, all controlled and mandated by the government freedom. ( I dare you to name 3 things that the government doesn't legislate, judiciate, or regulate.)

Senator Sessions,
I am angry. Not at you personally, but at the over reaching of the federal government at every level.
I would like to suggest that you bring up a bill that simply states the following :
"All future and current spending and/or taxation bills must show how they are specifically authorized by the United States Constitution, if they can not show that they are, they will never get a vote or be renewed."
(It would need something to preclude every thing using the general welfare argument).
If they can't show it they are not renewed or they are never voted on. It does not need to be pages and pages one well formulated sentence will suffice.
I know that this bill would probably never see the light of day, but if you were to publicize it before you introduced it, it may at least get the people of the country thinking, and our elected officials may receive a reminder that they are supposed to work for us, not against us.
I have come to realize that I am a modern day legalized slave, I really, for all practical purposes have no say over mine or my families lives any longer, over 50% of my income is taken from my every year when all taxes are figured in, and it still not enough to feed the beast that our government has become.
Basically every aspect of my life is regulated now, from the commode in my bathroom, the pistol in my pocket, the light bulbs in my fixtures, who I am allowed to do business with, the prices I am allowed to charge, the signal in my TV, the type of sweetener in my coke, where my child goes to school, what I can build or not build on my own land, what I can say, and when I can say it, etc. etc.
And I must give up over 50% of what I make so the federal government can dictate to the state, the county, the city, how I must live and what I must do.
On top of that due to the inaction of Congress and the United States Treasury to do what you (the whole group, not just you) are supposed to do, and leave the free market alone, and not meddle in the affairs of people to trade with each other in the manner they see fit, what money I am actually allowed to keep loses more and more value every day.
We do not need the federal government, or the private (unconstitutional ) federal reserve to regulate and confiscate mine, my sons, and countless subsequent generations of my families property to "bail out", private enterprise.
I own my own business, and due to the falling value of the dollar, caused by the unconstitutional, polices that have been allowed to grow and consume the wealth of the nations people, I may lose it. Not due to bad decisions on my part, but due bad decisions on the federal governments part.
The federal government, all three branches, no longer have any checks on them, the "forth branch" that is not even supposed to exist, the federal reserve, runs free creating inflation and deflation in a manner that has to be purposeful, in so much as, if a group of people were stupid enough to do what they do, they probably would not have made it to 3rd grade.
We the people demand to be left alone, we want to provide for ourselves, and be able to acquire, real wealth that can be passed to our children.
We don't want to be fascist, communist, or socialist, which are the three methods of governance that our country appears to be more and more guided by rather than a Constitutional Republic, made up of sovereign states, inhabited by sovereign citizens
In conclusion please put some thought toward introducing a bill that mandates that our laws follow and strictly show how they are made legitimate according to the United States Constitution.
P.S.
Also, I own the only tool and equipment rental company in Wetumpka, Al, so using the same backwards logic that has been used lately, I am to important to fail, so I need to be bailed out also.
My entire business could be "bailed out", for about two hundred and fifty thousand, so instead of the congress continuing a policy of allowing inflation and deflation to be created for the purpose of the federal reserve and the powerful, how about a true "bail out" for us every day average people, how about real money, that we are allowed to keep and use as we see fit.
Not continue to have it taken from us and given to others that have no right to it, and have performed no service or exchanged any thing of value to acquire it.
We have the natural right to prosper in our endeavors or to fail miserably in them, no one else has a right to supersede that right to "bail us out", at another's detriment. So please do what you can to just leave us alone, and allow the free market to be truly free, and a supposedly free people to be just that.
Thank You. Jonathan M. O'Dell 653 Colley Rd Wetumpka, Al 36092 (334)514-8951 days or (334)612-8408 cell .

Gentleman, please define what “delegated powers” means in a Constitutional sense.
“I will form a committee to look into that, I have worked across the isle to better, form Working groups of that matter, uh Phil Graham ,George Prepard, Wayne Newton, Lionel Ritchie, Joe Lieberman, that chick, I uh .., Palin, Governor Palin, thats what I've done in the past, I was a POW , we must fight the whole world, before it is to late, to not do it, and I will continue to do that now as well"
“We need to take off the party logistics, of prenuptial fate, to signify the existence of a living document that….. That…..that.. .change…we must have change Except nickels I don’t like nickels In my change…..uh…. Uh…. It seems … my…uh prompter… is malfunctioning… I don’t like that change ether,….but, yes, no broken prompters, or nickels… “

| I am tired of folks wanting to save the Republican party. It has
chosen time and time again that it does not want to be saved. Look at
every time a conservative liberty minded republican came to light.
Taft, Goldwater, Reagan of the 60's and 70's, Buchanan, Ron Paul, what
happened? They got pushed down and a more liberal big government person
put up. The republican party talks about being conservative and for
small local government, but they are only conservative when they are
not in power, they don't care about the country they care about being
in control. The last really conservative President we had was Coolidge.
And how often do you hear about Coolidge?
In 2004 the Constitution party got 143,630 & the LP got 397,265
votes, how many votes did Dr. Paul get in the primaries this year? 1.1
million or so. I want to see Baldwin step aside like he offered to do
and the CP & the LP combine with Dr. Paul at the top.
Shouting our message of liberty at the GOP doesn't make any sense,
when you look back at the formation and history of the GOP you see that
we have been fooled. Other than the men I mentioned the GOP talks a
good game, but it is all for the increase of government just as much as
the Dems. The republicans formed out of the whig party which was the
direct opposite of the party of Thomas Jefferson. Let them go.
Since nether the GOP or the Dems care about the rule of law or the
Constitution then lets realize that us continuing to pursue the same
course of action and expecting different results is just crazy.
We were never supposed to governed by parties near about all of our
founders warned us against letting parties control our country and that
is what has happened, but since we have the access possibly to the LP
& the CP lets take it.
Do you think the CP wants to lose with Baldwin & the LP wants to
lose with Barr, no but they will because they will never poll 15% and
get access to the debates.
Or the other option is Dr. Paul, who will most certainly poll over
15% on a combined LP/CP ticket and be able to get into the debates. The
platform of the two parties is not that different & both of them
tried to draft him any way.
If the LP & CP care about the country which I think they do
they most certainly would allow this change in nominee to take place.
And instead of trying to stem the tide of our decent into socialism and
fascism we would have a great chance to actually win it.
Imagine Dr Paul's message of common sense, and personal liberty and
responsibility on the same stage as Obama's empty jibber jabber, and
McCain's mindless arguments for a third Bush term, both of them running
to be the king of the world instead of the President of the Union of
States.
When the American people would be able to see him give voice to the
message of liberty, the message of what we are supposed to be, in
direct comparison to what we have been to led to believe are the two
opposite sides of the debate, then the country would be able to finally
see that the dems and gop are one in the same, and have ruined our
country.
Dr. Paul you have stated yourself that the Dems and GOP have the
same positions and perform the same actions, please let the GOP go self
destruct and lets save our Union of States, I know that you are just a
man and this is about the message of liberty not the man.
But, Dr. Paul you are the man to follow through on that message. |
