My letter to Senator Jeff Sessions

Senator Sessions,
I am angry. Not at you personally, but at the over reaching of the federal government at every level.
I would like to suggest that you bring up a bill that simply states the following :
"All future and current spending and/or taxation bills must show how they are specifically authorized by the United States Constitution, if they can not show that they are, they will never get a vote or be renewed."
(It would need something to preclude every thing using the general welfare argument).
If they can't show it they are not renewed or they are never voted on. It does not need to be pages and pages one well formulated sentence will suffice.
I know that this bill would probably never see the light of day, but if you were to publicize it before you introduced it, it may at least get the people of the country thinking, and our elected officials may receive a reminder that they are supposed to work for us, not against us.
I have come to realize that I am a modern day legalized slave, I really, for all practical purposes have no say over mine or my families lives any longer, over 50% of my income is taken from my every year when all taxes are figured in, and it still not enough to feed the beast that our government has become.
Basically every aspect of my life is regulated now, from the commode in my bathroom, the pistol in my pocket, the light bulbs in my fixtures, who I am allowed to do business with, the prices I am allowed to charge, the signal in my TV, the type of sweetener in my coke, where my child goes to school, what I can build or not build on my own land, what I can say, and when I can say it, etc. etc.
And I must give up over 50% of what I make so the federal government can dictate to the state, the county, the city, how I must live and what I must do.
On top of that due to the inaction of Congress and the United States Treasury to do what you (the whole group, not just you) are supposed to do, and leave the free market alone, and not meddle in the affairs of people to trade with each other in the manner they see fit, what money I am actually allowed to keep loses more and more value every day.
We do not need the federal government, or the private (unconstitutional ) federal reserve to regulate and confiscate mine, my sons, and countless subsequent generations of my families property to "bail out", private enterprise.
I own my own business, and due to the falling value of the dollar, caused by the unconstitutional, polices that have been allowed to grow and consume the wealth of the nations people, I may lose it. Not due to bad decisions on my part, but due bad decisions on the federal governments part.
The federal government, all three branches, no longer have any checks on them, the "forth branch" that is not even supposed to exist, the federal reserve, runs free creating inflation and deflation in a manner that has to be purposeful, in so much as, if a group of people were stupid enough to do what they do, they probably would not have made it to 3rd grade.
We the people demand to be left alone, we want to provide for ourselves, and be able to acquire, real wealth that can be passed to our children.
We don't want to be fascist, communist, or socialist, which are the three methods of governance that our country appears to be more and more guided by rather than a Constitutional Republic, made up of sovereign states, inhabited by sovereign citizens
In conclusion please put some thought toward introducing a bill that mandates that our laws follow and strictly show how they are made legitimate according to the United States Constitution.
P.S.
Also, I own the only tool and equipment rental company in Wetumpka, Al, so using the same backwards logic that has been used lately, I am to important to fail, so I need to be bailed out also.
My entire business could be "bailed out", for about two hundred and fifty thousand, so instead of the congress continuing a policy of allowing inflation and deflation to be created for the purpose of the federal reserve and the powerful, how about a true "bail out" for us every day average people, how about real money, that we are allowed to keep and use as we see fit.
Not continue to have it taken from us and given to others that have no right to it, and have performed no service or exchanged any thing of value to acquire it.
We have the natural right to prosper in our endeavors or to fail miserably in them, no one else has a right to supersede that right to "bail us out", at another's detriment. So please do what you can to just leave us alone, and allow the free market to be truly free, and a supposedly free people to be just that.
Thank You. Jonathan M. O'Dell 653 Colley Rd Wetumpka, Al 36092 (334)514-8951 days or (334)612-8408 cell .
