Why does almost every politician in the House & Senate want to make all of the ILLEGAL ALIENS legal? The answer is they think that they can create a whole new class of voters for them selves.
The Democrats have been breeding voters since the time of F.D.R. , and really escalated it in the Johnson administration. What are housing projects? Housing projects are places that Democrats create to keep their constituency bottled up in, ignorant in, and keep on voting democrat in.
Now the Republicans think that they can create themselves a new voting block from the illegal aliens, what they haven't thought of is that the Mexicans are already used to living worse than it is in the projects any way, so if the Democrats can just get them in the projects those all become Democrat votes.
(Since they are a hostile invading force ) Why not intern them as prisoners of war (humanly of course ) and use them as convict labor. They could have the choice to ether submit to Immediant deportation or spend 5 years interned and learning the English language and proving they are not a security threat, then apply for legal citizenship.
This of course would never happen, it is constitutional and makes sense and therefore it must be wrong.

Lowes is coming. That is fine and good, I plan on buying 50 zillion business cards and leaving them every 2 feet in there every night.
The City Council voted to give them 1 million dollars toward site prep. Where is my money from the city for site prep? Is it really a legitimate function of government to give tax payer money to privately held business? NO. It is not.
The city says they will receive the money back within a year from the sales tax collections, guess what they would have received the same taxes and they didn't even have to give the money away.
So instead of breaking even in a year they would have been up a million dollars. Good grief, if Lowes wants to build a store here, they will build a store here, if they don't believe there is a market they won't build in the first place. Giving them money to do something they were already going to do is just asinine.
We had 3 hardware/lumber yards in town already, who have been contributing to the community for 30 plus years did the city ever give them money to use for their private enterprise, no and they shouldn't have, nor should they now. |

I just went to the bank to make a deposit and decided to go get a hamburger instead of eating a frozen dinner today. The drive through was packed so I went inside. There was one guy who had already ordered and me.
The young girl behind the counter axed me "whut you want"?
I answered " a big bacon classic combo with a coke to go please"
She said " And"??? (sounded more like UUUUNNDD though)
I said " that's it"
She said " WHUT U WANT TO DRANK????" she replied rudely and incoherently
I figured that the hula hoop in her ears may have messed up the poor things hearing, so I said again politely " a coke please"
At this point I had no idea what the bill was so I was waiting to have her tell me, instead she turned around and walked to the counter behind her for something. It was a distance of about 4 feet but it took her at least 2 minutes to cover the distance. She came back and looked at me like I had just shot her dog and called her a bad name.
She stuck her hand out ( with really pretty nails about a foot long I might add), and just stared at me like I had just peed on the floor.
I asked " how much do I owe you"? She pointed at the cash register read out that was facing her and rolled her eyes,
I said, " there isn't a screen over here."
She then said FIVE FIFDY!!!! and I thought the nails might get me as she waved the hand at me. ( I got another eye roll also for free)
I gave her my twenty and she stared at the register for a while until it said what change to give. She then handed me a bunch of ones with about 3 dollars in pennys on top which the nails caught as she slamed it into my hand, the pennys fell on the counter.
She then began the journey to the back counter again. ( my food had been sitting there a while ) she made it back in about a minute and a half this time, that is pretty good for a distance like four feet.
I got my food then I waited for a while on my coke, Oh I almost forgot she didn't even look at me when she handed me the food, I then said " can I have my drink please"
she said " somebody else got to get that I busy" ( there was no one there), The manager came by and handed me a coke finally and ran back in the kitchen.
I asked the girl for some ketchup, and she threw it at me and I left.
Would it be to much for us to ask for better service? I just wanted to snatch her across the counter and slap her up side the head. It isn't your job to like your job, but it is part of your job to act like you like your job. Could they not find anyone else to hire that would be more personable? I will never be going back there again. If I wanted to be treated like I would go eat lunch at the prison.
My five fifty paid for 1 hours worth of her pay, I only took up 15 minutes of her time, if she gave a rats butt about her job it would of only taken about 2 minutes. My five fifty bought her two gallons of gas so she can drive to work and treat me like crap. My five fifty taught me a valuable lesson, if she ever comes to me asking for a job then somebody else got to handle that I busy. |

Jonathan's Chicken Wings one or more packages of thawed chicken wings 1 small bottle of honey barbeque sauce salt onion hot sauce honey butter with a sharp knife seperate the wings into two pieces the "drumet" and the wing, trim the very end of the wing off and discard, or use in a stock pot to make broth. Place the wings on a wire rack, broilerpan, or pizza cooker, something that the grease can drain through. If it doesn't have a bottom plave foil on the rack below to catch the grease. Lightly salt the wings and place into a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes turning once.
In a bowl empty the barbque sauce and add one small onion very very finely chopped. Place 2 table spoons of butter in a measureing cup and melt in the microwave. Stir 2 tablespoons of honey into the hot butter till mixed, add to the bowl. Stir to incorporate. Add 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of hot sauce. Heat the sauce in the micowave.
Check the wings they should be done and have a crispy skin, if not place under the broiler and turn as needed. Watch them close and don't burn them Take them out and spread on a paper towel and blot of the grease. Place a serving in a bowl and spoon about a teaspoon of sauce onto each wing. Save the sauce and use it again. |

What has happened to the Constitutional Republic that America was founded to be? Why is it that we are constantly told that America is a democracy? Why is everyone pushing for the middle eastern countries to become democracies? Believe it or not America was not founded to be a democracy.
A democracy is basically mob rule, what ever group can fuss the loudest and convince the greatest number of people to go along with it gains control and with control in modern America comes the ability to throw money at the populace and maintain that power. Look to the novel "lord of the flies", those little hellions were operating under the democratic form of government, if you went to government schools in the last 20 years then you know from having to read that book how democracy turned out for them.
Here are some quotes regarding democracy: "A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves money from the public treasure. From that moment on the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most money from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's great civilizations has been two hundred years. These nations have progressed through the following sequence: from bondage to spiritual faith, from spiritual faith to great courage, from courage to liberty, from liberty to abundance, from abundance to selfishness, from selfishness to complacency from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependency, from dependency back to bondage." Alexander Tyler.
Bondage for us could be construed to include life under the English in the Colonies and up to the end of the American Civil War. Great Courage would be WWI and WWII, Liberty would be the 50's -70's, Abundance would be the 80's and 90's, we are now moving into selfishness and complacency, a great many of our current citizens have passed the rest of us and are already in the dependency stage. These folks rely on the government to supply their needs and feel that all problems warrant a government response.
"In general the art of government consists in taking as much money as possible from one class of citizens to give to the other." [Voltaire]
For a Frenchman Voltaire (François-Marie Arouet ) was a pretty smart guy who valued personal freedom. Try to find a copy of his essays they are really good reading, his novel Candide is hilarious and thought provoking as well. It is hard to find his writings in the book stores but they can be found on the Internet.
"The government consists of a gang of men exactly like you and me. They have, taking one with another, no special talent for the business of government; they have only a talent for getting and holding office. Their principal device to that end is to search out groups who pant and pine for something they can't get and to promise to give it to them. Nine times out of ten that promise is worth nothing. The tenth time is made good by looting A to satisfy B. In other words, government is a broker in pillage, and every election is sort of an advance auction sale of stolen goods."[H. L. Mencken]
"In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'" [Dosteovsky's 'Grand Inquisitor']
"The main plank in the National Socialist program is to abolish the literalistic concept of the individual and the Marxist concept of humanity and to substitute for them the folk community, rooted in the soil and bound together by the bond of its common blood." Adolf Hitler
Have you noticed that everyone has to be a member of some group now days? That everything has to be for the group as a whole and that individual thoughts and actions are frowned upon. I realize that Hitler is commonly associated with the right side of the political spectrum rather than the left, but I hold that this is incorrect, the Nazi's, Italian Fascist, and Russian Communist have much more in common with todays left than todays right.
Fascism is defined as an authoritative form of government, if the confiscation and redistribution of personal wealth and property isn't authoritative then what is? If mandating where you go to the doctor and how much it will cost isn't authoritative then what is?
Communism is an ideology that seeks to establish a classless, stateless social organization, based on the common ownership of the means of production. Again think very hard and try to determine which side leans more to communist ideal? The left or the right?
I have digressed a bit. Let me write a little on the Constitutional Republic we are supposed to be. The founders of our Country made a deliberate attempt to protect us from "mob" ocracy, by setting us up to be governed by laws instead of the whim of the people. They did this by setting up a system that allowed popularly elected represnitives of the people to govern us with in the limits of a group of laws set forth in a Constitution ( a written statement outlining the basic laws or principles by which a country or organization is governed Encarta (r) World English Dictionary (c) & (P) 1998-2004 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.) rather than the popular vote of the people to have legislative authority. This concept has been usurped I feel since around the time of Franklin D. Roosevelt ( who among the many other injuries he inflicted upon the Country also advanced the use of Kudzu as an anti-erosion measure in the South).
Our Constitutional Republic was laid out in such a way that no group or person can rise to absolute power. It was split into 3 separate branches the executive, legislative, and judicial. The division between these 3 has become increasingly smaller in the last 1/2 century. With Executive orders the executive branch legislates, with Un- Constitutional rulings the judicial legislates, and with Un-Constitutional obstructions of the other branches the legislative branch usurps the executive and judicial.
"a representative polity established on fundamental law, each person has the right to pursue and fulfill his or her unobtrusive vision of the good life. In such a society, the common good is the cumulative product of free and equal individuals who pursue meaningful aims." Alexander Tsesis

Grow your own collards it is not hard.
Harvest individual leaves till you have about a 1/2 a paper grocery sack full. Wash them in the sink, remove any bad leaves, remove any stalks that are over 1/4 inch thick, tear the leaves apart by hand into bite size pieces.
Use a large pot to cook the greens in, fill half way with water, bring to a boil, and add 4 pieces of half cooked bacon along with the grease from the bacon, ( don't worry the bacon will be boiled ), add 1/2 tea spoon of dried red pepper, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, ( I have borderline high blood pressure you may want more salt but remember the bacon adds salt) add your greens and stir, it will appear they are not going to fit but just keep stiring.
Bring the water back to a boil and then reduce the heat and cook for a least a hour.
These greens freeze well just place in freezer bags and when you want them again put them right in a pot and bring back to a boil. |

Place one or more tenderloins in a glass pan. Add 4-6 ozs. of Ceaser dressing to almost cover. Add 1 table spoon of Wichester sauce. Add 1 teaspoon of hot sauce.
Let it marinate for at least 2 hours turning every hour to equalize the marinade coverage. Set the broiler to high, place the tenderloin on the broiler pan, taking care to tuck any thin parts under the bulk of the loin, lightly salt, place on the second rack position. Cook about 3 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the loin. Deer is very lean so if it is over cooked it will not be good. You may also want to brush it with olive oil when you turn it. Don't over cook it. If it is a small loin you may not even cook it that long. Serve with baked sweet potatoes and collard greens. |

The Free State of O'Dell is fictitious.
The Free State of O'Dell, will be governed by the Constitution of the United States of America with some omissions and at least 1 addition. It shouldn't be hard to borrow the US Constitution since it is apparently not in use currently.
The following amendments to the US Constitution will not be needed in the Free State of O'Dell: 16th Amendment
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration. The Free State of O'Dell will be funded from Tariffs, citizens will not be taxed on food, shelter, or clothing. There will be no income tax or property tax. ( since The Free State of O'Dell will be based on the Constitution of the US, and will only perform the specific roles of government laid out therein, there will not be a zillion government programs that have to be funded).
17th Amendment: The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, elected by the people thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote. The electors in each State shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State legislatures. When vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the executive authority of such State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, That the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct. This amendment shall not be so construed as to affect the election or term of any Senator chosen before it becomes valid as part of the Constitution
In the Free State of O'Dell, the state legislature will select the Senate members, and the State's population as a whole will select the House Representatives. This will take it back to the original premise that the House represents the peoples interest, and the Senate represents the State's interest as a whole. There will further be a term limit set on both the House and Senate of 2 terms.
The 18th Amendment: 1. After one year from the ratification of this article the manufacture, sale, or transportation of intoxicating liquors within, the importation thereof into, or the exportation thereof from the United States and all territory subject to the jurisdiction thereof for beverage purposes is hereby prohibited. 2. The Congress and the several States shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation. 3. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of the several States, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission hereof to the States by the Congress. If you want to drink or do drugs that is fine, up to the point you cause harm or infringe on the rights of another citizen. When you do, you will be subject to arrest and prosecution, the penalties for crimes both civil and criminal that happen while you are drunk or high or can be remotely linked to you committing them based on the quest for drugs or alcohol will be punishable by hard labor, incarciration, and depending on the crime death. If you sit in your home by yourself and drink and get high and harm no one then have at it. You harm your family or any other citizen then we get you. Along with this it should be stated that there are no welfare systems in place in the Free State of O'Dell, so if you screw up your life it is up to you to unscrew it.
the 21st Amendment: see the 18th
The 26th Amendment:
1. The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age. 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
There will be an addendum to this amendment, you must state before you receive your ballot who your current US Senator, House Representative, President, and Vice President are. You do not have to say you approve or disapprove of them, but must show that you have a clue about what is going on in the Free State of O'Dell before you can vote.
There will be no Government programs to provide for the education or medical needs of citizens. These needs will be filled by the private sector. Any laws, ordinances, or regulations must be checked against and state what particular article or amendment to the Constitution it is made legitimate by. If the proposed law can not justify itself with the Constitution then it can not be passed.
The Free State of O'Dell will not be a member of any multi-nation peace time alliances or any other way have it's soverignty impeded by another.
That's all the dreaming I have time for now, but it is a good start toward The Free State of O'Dell. |
